Are you ready to love on people with no strings attached? 

We are getting ready to kick off 2nd Saturday Serve at Restore Church. This will be geared towards helping widows and single parents in our communities. (There may be other various projects as well.) 

If this sounds like something for you, please let us know what skills you have so we can appropriately pair people to projects.

The Good Lord told us to “feed my sheep.” Each week at Grace Place we endeavor to do just that to the approximately 50 adults and 4 children whom we serve. If you’ve been to the grocery store recently, you know the cost of food has risen. Our cash on hand isn’t endless. We, therefore, would very much appreciate your having a canned food drive at your church/place of worship.
The listing below shows the items we give to our guests. I can arrange for a pickup of your donated items, or you may deliver them any Tuesday at Grace Place (located in St. John’s Episcopal Church hall on Union Avenue) anytime between 9:00am and 12:00 noon.

Canned tuna fish (5 oz)
Canned chicken (5 oz)
Canned soups
Fruit (4-oz cups)
Pudding (4-oz cups)
Macaroni & Cheese
Baked beans
Canned spaghetti O’s
Canned ravioli
Vienna Sausage
Spam
Ramen Noodles (chicken, beef, or shrimp)
Canned chili (with or without beans)
Personal products such as shampoo, bath soap, body wash
